Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Notify us at salaam@deenworld.com before returning.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads
- Custom/personalised items
- Final sale items

Faulty Items:
Email us with your order number, photos, and issue description. We will offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds:
Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
